I am a college student with a passion for the Romance Languages/Linguistics.
In this Blog, I will record my everyday thoughts about them; and anything relating to my experiences with these.
I have quite a passion for Romance Linguistics. I fluently speak French, Spanish and Portuguese, with a bit Italian. I am always meeting people from various countries who speak these languages. The conversations I have with these people makes me wonder and think about so many things. I pay close attention to their utterances, and compare them to other people's speech; dialectology is something that interests me as well.
In the Romanika Blog, I shall share these experiences, thoughts, and even doubts at times, about that. Anything goes: from what I hear on a foreign television broadcast to the conversation I have with the person I just met from somewhere around the world. You are welcome to leave an opinion or feedback on any of them.
I plan to write mostly in English. Shall I write in any of the other languages that I speak, I will always include a translation. :D
